CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

JOB OBJECTIVES
- Guarantee customer satisfaction through constant support and the

resolution of doubts in a timely manner, as well as providing personalized

attention establishing and specifying the steps to follow for the processing of sales made to

our clients, with the intention of streamlining the internal control of our

processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide follow up on customer complaints
- Confirm Purchase Order, making sure to meet the delivery times established in

the quote.
- Verify and validate Price - Quotation against Purchase Order (Gross Margin

Form).
- Generate Internal SO and WO emphasizing delivery dates and deliver it to WHS /

production / Quality / to schedule delivery
- Keep the purchase order active until its total delivery
- Notify the client in case of delay or partial deliveries.
- Start with the process for the delivery of the Material
- Archive Purchase Order
- Follow up for customer compliance
- Send inventory to customers
- Seek approval signature for work order (WO) and send it to the department.

- Monitoring production schedule.
- Delivery schedule.
- Notification of delivery to the customer.
- Start billing process. (Pre-billing)
- Check stocks in inventories.
- Confirm Purchase Order to supplier.
- Address RMA and evidence to the Quality Department.
- Prepare Credit Note Request and look for approval signatures from PM, AM,

quality Manager, Plant Manager and Finance Manager.
- Submit the credit note request to the finance department.
- Deliver credit note to customer.
- Notify the finance department of changes in material costs for updating in

Quickbooks.

SCHOLARSHIP

Finished degree or be studying the degree in customs, logistics, administration

JOB EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2 years in the same position or logistics
- Management of computer systems (desirable quickbooks / crm/ SAP)
- Planning experience
- Experience in packaging (+plus)

SKILLS
- Ability to deal with the client
- Conflict resolution experience
- Ability for interpersonal relationships
- English language proficiency 80% minimum
