We are currently seeking a Technical Analysis Senior Associate to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

**Must have Skills**:

- Understanding of WAN/LAN networking including design elements and protocol interoperability. - 1 Years of experience
- Knowledge of network operation devices such as routers, switches and access points. - 1 Years of experience.

**Secondary Skill**
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in English language. - 3 Years of experience

**Nice to have, but not required**:

- Knowledge of Network Monitoring tools, such as Solarwinds or Entuity. - 1 Years
- Knowledge and troubleshooting skills to support wireless infrastructure. - 1 Years
- Basic knowledge on ITIL Library - 1 Years
- Customer Service Skills - 2 Years
- Teamwork, adaptability to changes, self-managed.

**Education Requirements**
- Network Engineer, Telecomm Engineer, Electronic Engineer or similar.
- CCENT Certification or In progress - **Nice to have and not must.**
