**Key Responsibilities**:

- System administration, including server and network management.
- Administration of Microsoft 365, including user and license management.
- Management of Microsoft Active Directory roles and permissions.
- Administration of Microsoft Teams, including setup and maintenance.
- Provisioning and managing virtual machines.
- Administration of WatchGuard firewall, including security policy management.
- Implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborating with other IT team members to support various IT projects and initiatives.
- Assisting with C# or VB coding tasks as needed (experience preferred).

Experiência y requisitos

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Network+, etc.) are a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in IT operations or a similar role.
- Proficient in Written and Conversational English.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in IT operations and system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Exchange.
- Familiarity with WatchGuard firewall administration.
- Experience in automation within a Windows environment.
- Knowledge of Global Shop ERP administration is a plus.
- Coding skills in C# or VB are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
