**Job Title**: Production and Operations Supervisor

**Location**: Magdalena de Kino, Sonora, Mexico (On-site)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily operations on the production floor, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and production deadlines.
- Supervise, train, and motivate production staff, with a focus on quality control and efficient workflow.
- Oversee inventory of raw materials, tracking supply usage, and coordinating with other departments for seamless production.
- Regularly assess and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Conduct quality checks at various production stages to ensure product consistency.
- Prepare and submit production reports, tracking metrics such as yield, efficiency, and quality.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in production or operations, ideally within leather, têxtile, or similar manufacturing environments.
- Basic understanding of IMMEX program regulations.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field preferred but not required.
