**Position Summary**

Plant Import/Export responsible, guarantee meet fiscal and customs regulations and any other international trade authority, customer service, logistic, shipping, customers portals, best practice implementation and meet customers standards.
** Responsibilities**

The import / export coordinator Will be responsible but no limited to the following task, the company can make changes on any time as require:

- 1. Raw Material, Finish Goods and Equipment Import and Export on time and manner, as well the logistic coordination and follow up.
- 2. Guarantee the correct customer communication, making sure customer receive the necessary information on time and manner.
- 3. Lead C-TPAT and OEA activities to guarantee the company standards accordioning with policies and procedures.
- 4. Responsible to obtain Certifies of Origen from Suppliers and different Company Divisions to exempt the International Trade Duties
- 5. Submit finish goods Certifies of Origen according with company policies and procedures, keeping the necessary evidence to compliance with authorities.
- 6. Close Virtual Pediments on time and manner
- 7. Create and keep update all operations files regarding to international trade according company policies and procedures
- 8. Guarantee Internal and External KPIs
- 9. Strategies analysis and implementation to reduce International Trade duty payments
- 10. IVA Certification compliance and / or any other company certification
- 11. Provide all necessary documentation to our Customs in order to release all the import and export material.
- 12. Create and implement forms or formats to improve our internal and external customers services.
- 13. Keep effective communication with different company divisions.
- 14. Import and Export reports as company require.
- 15. Keep FSU communication to deal with International Trade (SE, SHCP)
- 16. International Trade Reports (Data stage, BOM,s, etc..)
- 17. Freight Companies selection, negotiation considering timing, service and cost.
- 18. Close Virtual Operations on monthly bases (Customs and Suppliers)
- 19. Freight and Shipping companies cost reductions.
- 20. Lead a freight and customs accounts
- 21. IMMEX & Anexo 24 Administrator
- 22. A24 Inventory control
- 23. Inventory discrepancies root cause analysis (A24 and Physical) according with company policies and procedures
- 24. Keep to company inform of any submaquila, freight company, supplier or customer change.
- 25. 5´s + Safety procedures follow up
- 26. ISO and any other certificate procedures follow up.
- 27. All activities on this job description needs to be performed strictly according company policies and procedures.** Qualifications**
- International Trade, Shipping, Customer Service, Import and Export, Logistic, local and international Freights Administrator,
- International Suppliers and Customs experience.
- International Trade career or similar
- 3 years on Import/Export operations
