**Position Purpose**:
**Essential Job Functions**:

- Provide progress reports on activity and market data regularly.
- Cultivate relationships with high potential talent and prospects for immediate and longer-term opportunities; networking closely within the industry and functional areas to identify the right talent and companies.
- Contact previously employed Petco partners to reengage employment with partnership with business line.
- Data entry into CRM and ATS required and manual tracking required to produce and monitor personal and team recruiting metrics to ensure efforts are meeting performance standards for timeliness, productivity, and quality.
- Collect and frame-up external talent market data to enable partners to inform and influence decisions.
- Provide progress updates to Recruiters and Business leaders on a weekly basis.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 1-2+ years’ experience in a research, sourcing, recruiting coordination, human resources, data mining, or sales in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
- Previous experience as a recruitment coordinator, HR assistant, or in a related administrative role preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Familiarity with HR and recruitment processes and an understanding of job roles preferred.
