**DESCRIPTION**
**This position is responsible for operating load statuses at every stage of the load process to ensure operations are running smoothly and maintain a 98% pickup and delivery status.**
- Validate loads status to all load stages (i.e. pick up, in transit, border crossing, and delivery).
- Constant communication with carriers and drivers to validate load status.
- Request GPS Tracking from Driver / Carrier.
- Confirm Pickup and Delivery appointment with Driver, Carrier, Consignee and / or shipper.
- Request documentation regarding BOL and seal.
- Execute and secure on time pickup and delivery according to operational standards.
- Confirm unloading notification with driver, carrier, and consignee.
**Based salary FREE OF TAXES is: $21,300 MX**

**Commission: After 3 months of employment based on reaching your monthly goals of tracking and tracing %**
Schedule:
Night shift schedule: from 6:00 PM to 600 AM (3 days off)
