Order Fulfillment Support

The EDI Business Analyst is responsible for working alongside a team to process all products, and aspects of each order, as well as ensuring compliance with any procedures or order regulations. They will work with upper management to present any findings or recommendations on making the fulfillment process more innovative or efficient.
General Responsibilities
- Facilitate order management - process order intake, input into internal systems
- Connect to customer portals and systems
- Support forecasting, billing and collection activities
- Act as a liaison with customers to gather customer inquiries
- Work with operations to understand and communicate commits and status to customers
- Work together with people from the business unit
- Includes activities such as processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, & warehouse logistics & shipping
- Escalates issues to upper management
- Participates in the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team
Experience / Qualifications
- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
- Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
