**Job Details**

**What you will do?**:
**The Quality Auditor monitors implementation and compliance with the requirements established by the Plant’s Quality System by performing external and internal audits **. E **nsures that standards of excellence are maintained during the production process.**:
**Quality auditors perform inspections at all stages of production, including reviews of raw materials, manufactured components and finished products.**:
**How you will do it?**:

- **Performs external and internal audits / assessments by collecting and analyzing objective evidence regarding issues and risks.**:

- **Evaluates corrective and preventive action responses to assessment findings for adequacy, including root cause and timeliness.**:

- **Identify, estimate and correct deviations and defects in quality system process.**:

- **Ensure accurate information is presented to audit engineering documents and installation workmanship.**:

- **Enhance quality across organization and provide stable performance to customers.**:

- **Maintenance of files and documents pertaining to such quality audits. Observing employees while at work and suggest corrective action if required. Suggesting changes to ensure that the work procedures and equipments fall in line with the required specifications and requirements.**:

- **Participate in Risk Assessments.**:

- **Participate in EHS suggestions program**:

- **Participate in EHS obsevations program**:

- **Implement and maintain security policy, health and environment at work.**:

- **To support the committees in identifying risks and environmental aspects. Participate in Training program.**:

- **Identify training needs in safety, health and environment.**:

- **Train your staff in procedures and instructions.**:

- **Define corrective and preventive actions.**:

- **Control system logs in your area.**:

- **Develop and review procedures and instructions.**:

- **Intervene personally identify and correct unsafe acts and recognize safe behavior Identify and report potential environmental impacts**:

- **Analyze and prevent the consequences of all actions before any activity.**:
**What are we looking for?**:

- **Bachelor’s degree on Engineering (Industrial, mechatronics, mechanical, etc).**:

- **Quality system knowledge (ISO9000).**:

- **Good communication skills.**:

- **Good analytical skill**:

- **Good persuasive and motivational skills.**:
