**Descripción**: El o la titular debe asegurar el flujo de material en el proceso mediante el reporte oportuno, mantener los registros apropiados, realizar las funciones de seguimiento según sea necesario y preparar los informes de actividad de reporteo, progreso, proyectos especiales, etc. Este puesto responde a numerosas consultas sobre el estado las ordenes de producción, transacciones, ajustes de registros, ubicación de material, etc.

**Funciones**:

- Proveer estatus de las ordenes en línea de producción y seguimiento para ajuste de déficits de material
- Reporteo oportuno de ordenes en SAP de FOS y soldadura (MISC, Subensambles y Cajas OH)
- Actualización en Excel del archivo de reporteo para seguimiento y cumplimiento del plan de producción
- Seguimiento en revisión y ajuste de 914’s (Discrepancia)
- Retorno de ordenes de producción según aplique y Proceso de retorno para ordenes ZPRW (Retrabajo)
- Proceso de reporteo oportuno con Hand Held & Impresión de órdenes para check-list de producción
- Carga de material manual como parte del proceso TECO
- Auto auditorias mensuales.
- Ideas de mejora continua.

**Educacion Requerida**:

- Escolaridad mínima: Carrera técnica o preparatoria terminada.
- Se podrá considerar Carrera profesional en curso, próxima a finalizar.

**Habilidades Requeridas**:

- Capacidad para manejo de PC y/o dispositivos móviles.
- Conocimiento del sistema SAP Deseable
- Capacidad para leer planos, instrucciones de trabajo y dibujos
- Tener buenas habilidades de comunicación con diferentes grupos de trabajo, servicio, responsabilidad y honestidad.
- Disponibilidad de horario.
