**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Ultimately, it will set you up for a successful career ahead - the chance to progress in your career according to your preferences and results.
- Ensure compliance of the sales KPIs and product impact.
- Support the strategic plans of the brand.
- Support of brand activities to satisfy the needs of the market consumer.
- Work with Trade Marketing, Activation in preparation of participation programs.
- Ensure the effectiveness of the activities of the cycle plan.

**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE**

**Experience Required**
- A fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Business, Marketing etc. (cumulated less than 3 years of experience since graduation year).
- Possess leadership traits proven through extra-curricular activities.
- Strong interpersonal, team building and negotiation skills.
- Upbeat, self-motivated, highly adaptable, and able to work independently.
- Strong analytical skills with drive and ambition.
- Internationally and nationally mobile.
- Speak English fluently.

**BENEFICIAL**
- Previous experience working in Fast-moving Consumer Goods.
