**Responsibilities**:
Source tradespeople, manufacturing and logistics experts, customer service representatives, engineers and other highly skilled professionals.
Use business acumen and critical thinking abilities to quicky understand and represent job requirements/KPIs. We operate in a highly matrixed organization and support separate and distinct businesses.
Provide support related to special recruitment projects/activities - career fairs, campus events (most still virutal), etc.
Other projects, tasks, duties and assignments as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
At least two years’ talent sourcing experience searching for engineers and related positions, preferably in a mining or large industrial environment.
At least five years of experience in recruitment or recruitment related role.
Experience in agency recruiting as well as corporate recruiting would be nice to have.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations as they relate to recruiting and hiring empoyees.
Proficiency with SAP Success Factors or other ATS system.
Other Skills and Abilities
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage concurrent searches in a fast paced, changing environment.
Expertise in the recruitment life cycle with strong skills in relationship building, critical thinking and verbal/written communications.
Locate leads and track down contact information using social media and other tools.
Good general computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams, Internet).
