- FUNCIONES:

- o Recepción, análisis, gestión de documentos y archivos del área administrativa u otras áreas actualizándolos y manteniéndolos al día de manera organizada.
- o Organizar y desarrollar documentación de archivos
- o Tramitar y realizar la gestión de documentos en los diferentes organismos de la administración pública Licencias, pasaportes y visas en los plazos y tiempos requeridos
- o Atención al público en general, asociado a través de los diversos medios: correo electrónico, telefónico, medios digitales y de manera presencial
- o Apoyar en diversas áreas de trabajo.
- o Manejo de Excel Macros tablas dinámicas
- o Manejo de office
