**Responsibilities**:
**TikTok and Reels Content Creator**

**Main Purpose**

The Content Creator will create & shoot engaging, short form content that performs well on Tik Tok & Instagram platforms. Live and breathe US culture and trends. Meme everything. Moderate social channels closely. Engage with followers and brands capturing the Quaker tone and brand personality.

You must be a social media heavy user/expert, with capability to create and produce relevant content from scratch for our consumers that is in line with current trends on the platforms. You will also participate in brainstorming and creative brand strategy sessions including ideation of video and content strategy, long term campaigns, content creation and development.

**Accountabilities**
- Create short form content that crushes on TikTok, live and breathe culture and trends.
- Moderate social channels closely.
- Create TikTok everyday. Ideate, shoot, edit, caption and post.
- Creative inventive live action content around our brands.
- Proven track record of creating brand-relevant creative content on TikTok & IG reels that has performed well and grabbed attention.
- Strong use of TikTok & Instagram editing tools and effects.
- Be a brand guardian, following brand guidelines closely.
- Have the ability to take control of projects and work independently as well as in team.
- Present concepts to clients for approval.

Qualifications:

- Have at least 18 months in your current function
- Notify your direct leader and HRBP that you are interested on the position
- PDR evaluation of at least 2/2 on the last two years
- Have not received any warrants and/or disciplinary notifications on the last 12 months

**Education/requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field (communications, journalism, marketing, advertising, etc).
- +3 years of agency creative experience in social media/community management & production.
- Tiktok & IG reel creation - must be able to demonstrate this.
- Must be able to show examples of creative social media posting.
- Advance English level.
- Experience in CPG a plus.
- Experience with creative teams in agency or in-house agency environments.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or above
- Strong problem-solving, communications, and relationship-building skills
- Presentation skills and proven ability to influence creative decision making.
- Ability to brainstorm in large groups and develop big promotional ideas from beginning to end.
- Knowledge of PowerPoint and Keynote
- Strong attention to detail & sense of urgency.
