As a Franchise Manager at New Balance, the position will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our franchise operations nationwide. Reporting directly to the Sales Director. The position will be responsible for defining and executing business strategies to maximize brand presence and profitability across key accounts.
**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies aligned with thecompany's objectives to drive franchise growth and market penetration.
**Account Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives.
**Sales and Revenue Generation**: Drive sales and revenue growth through effective merchandising strategies, product assortment planning, and promotional activities.
**Expansion Initiatives**: Lead the expansion plan for franchise stores, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities in both existing and new markets.
**Budget Management**: Develop and manage sales budgets for franchise accounts, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize profitability.
**Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
**Training and Support**: Provide training and support to franchise partners and their teams to ensure adherence to brand standards, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
**Compliance and Quality Assurance**: Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and procedures across all franchise locations, maintaining consistency in customer experience and brand image.
**Reporting**: Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market trends, and key initiatives for senior management and stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and profitability in a franchise or retail environment.
Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and initiatives.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering business outcomes.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with retail management systems/software.
