Focusing on the listing quality issue and product quality issue, such as wrong category, price spamming, buyers complaining about the quality of physical product. - Drive and execute the listing governance processes in a scalable way, leveraging technology to implement automations. - Stay up-to-date with international, regional, and local regulations applicable to TTS's products. This includes understanding laws related to illegal products, product safety, product compliance, testing, certifications, registrations, labeling, packaging, and other relevant areas. - Develop and implement strategies to ensure adherence to listing policies across different markets. This may involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess and address compliance risks. - Educate internal and external stakeholders to ensure our programs and processes are compliant. - Collaborating with technical teams to develop the best product compliance solution for our business. - Using a data-centered approach to continuously improve product compliance programs on the platform. **Qualifications**: **Minimum Qualification(s)**: - Bachelor degree. - 3+ years of experience in related domains, including Strategy or Operations Management Consulting, Platform Governance, Trust and Safety Policymaking and Operations Management, or Ecommerce Strategy, Seller or Product Growth, Risk, Compliance, or Experience programs - High oral/written proficiency in English and Spanish is required, as this role operates in a global environment. - Excellent stakeholder and program management skills, to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders to achieve results. - Ability to navigate successfully in ambiguity, with multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment. **Preferred Qualification(s)**: - Experience in explaining complex solutions in a simple way and able to influence others without authority.
