**Role**:Scrum Master

**Location**: Mexico remote

**The Opportunity**:
***
- 6+ years of experience serving as Project Manager/Scrum master’s in planning and delivering software solutions, such as online and mobile user experiences, underlying transactional systems, and integrating disparate systems
- Portfolio management or process management Certifications [preferred] - PMI, PMI-ACP - Certified Scrum Master (CSM)/ Professional Scrum Master (PSM) - Certified Scrum Product Owner Knowledge
- Knowledgeable in banking audit and regulatory practices; ensuring full compliance with corporate standards
- Good problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to coach and mentor all roles on a development scrum team
- Attract and mentor a highly performant team in an exciting, inclusive and collaborative environment
- Able to build a sense of trust and rapport that creates a comfortable & effective workplace
- Autonomy/Empowerment: Must be able to guide team(s) to self-organization
- Open/Transparent: Must desire to bring disclosure and transparency to both business and technology and build trust amongst partners
- Conflict resolution: Must be able to facilitate discussion at the team level and suggest alternatives or different approaches
- Continual improvement: Must continually be growing ones craft learning new tools and techniques to manage oneself and team members
- Brings a high-energy and passionate outlook to the job and can influence those around her/him
- Experienced as a Release Train Engineer
- Several years Scrum or/and Agile Coaching experience
