Global Tracking Analyst

As the **Global Tracking Analyst**, you would be responsible for Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the reporting for a quarterly tracking survey executed for 4 brands across 6 markets
- Program questionnaires into survey platform, utilizing question logic, piping, etc.
- Monitor survey fielding and review data files to assess data accuracy. Conduct data cleaning when necessary
- Perform basic data analyses (e.g., pivot tables to evaluate survey segments, basic statistical significance testing)
- Update quarterly reports and create ad-hoc reports, including creating tables and charts and drafting takeaways and executive summaries
- Work with multiple stakeholders to prioritize workflow and communicate timelines, deadlines, and roadblocks
Key qualifications include:
- 1+ years in market research roles with exposure to the research process - particularly analysis and reporting
- Possesses strong project management/organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with SurveyMonkey (or other DIY research platforms), Think-Cell, and general knowledge of statistics is a plus
**Must be bilingual (english 85% -100% spoken)**
