**This position reports to**:
Buyer
**Your responsibilities**:
- Leading by example by demonstrating HSE best practices and business ethics in day-to-day operations, contract management and negotiations.
- Providing assistance with e-sourcing activities for Commodities and/or CAPEX.
- Delivering and participating in training programs on compliance and professional development.
- Executing effective and transparent communication internally, externally and between different units and centers to drive cross-collaboration.
- Standardizing processes and implementing routines in line with global directives.
- Prepare and process RFQ’s and Competitive Bids.
- Negotiate with vendors, obtains, and analyze quotes to ensure the best costs, payment terms and delivery options.
**Your background**:
- Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, International Business or related.
- 2+ years of experience and negotiation skills.
- Must have a solid understanding of TOCO (total cost of ownership).
- Experience in purchases of commodities, copper, steel and aluminum and/or experience in the purchase of machinery for metal mechanics is a plus.
- Experience with advanced Excel is a must, with SAP is a plus.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Advanced English.
