This pivotal role focuses solely on attracting, hiring, and retaining the best talent for inside sales representatives and customer support roles, ensuring we meet our strategic growth targets in this vibrant new market.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Talent Strategy Development**:

- Create and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy tailored to market-specific needs and company goals.
- Analyze staffing logistics and forecast hiring needs to prepare proactive recruitment campaigns.

**Recruitment Execution**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Negotiate employment terms and extend job offers.

**Relationship Management**:
**Employer Branding**:

- Enhance the company's employer brand through strategic marketing and community involvement.
- Collaborate with marketing to craft compelling, authentic narratives about working at our company.

**Metrics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to gauge effectiveness of sourcing methods and recruitment campaigns.
- Provide regular reports to management on hiring progress and challenges.

**Compliance and Best Practices**:

- Ensure all recruiting practices comply with national and local employment laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in recruitment and talent acquisition technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Extensive experience in talent acquisition, particularly in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment.
- Proficient in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization and across cultures.
