Principal Project Manager

The **Project Manager **plays a pivotal role in steering the implementation of NetSuite, adhering to the Suite Success methodology. The primary responsibility is to ensure that the project delivery is in alignment with the agreed scope, timeline, and budget, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. This encompasses understanding and managing client expectations and coordinating with Oracle and other vendors for seamless delivery.

The Project Manager is crucial in overseeing the trajectory of projects, ensuring high-quality service implementation, and devising customer-centric plans. They are responsible for overseeing ad hoc needs, managing project boundaries, administering change processes, and facilitating the swift resolution of project obstacles.

The Project Manager is tasked with supervising multiple projects concurrently, collaborating with a diverse array of resources in a matrix setup. They are responsible for creating and managing an overarching project plan (inclusive of budget, structure, schedule, and staffing needs) for one or more Oracle engagements. They are also responsible for monitoring and reporting progress or changes against the plan.

**Education**
- Hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Management Information Systems. PMP certification is a plus.

**Professional Experience**
- 3-6 years in Project Management, including creating work-breakdown structures and project plans, particularly in Microsoft Project.
- Strong experience in Change Management and Business Process Mapping for major IS/IT initiatives.
