**Objective**
Join the BU MEX Finance team and help to develop financial process and analysis to support strategic initiatives and performance improvements.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Coordinate & Consolidate the Annual Budget and Business Plan Process
- Consolidate BU MEX financial and operational performance
- Key Financial Metrics tracking system, volume, EBITDA, NWC, RoA, etc.
- Work closely with plants finance teams to understand drivers of variances to budget and prior periods
- Collaborate with different finance, operating, commercial and strategic teams to achieve business objectives by reporting Cost Improvement Projects, KPIs Operation Dashboard, etc.
- Evaluation and implementation of projects to streamline and automate systems/process
- Manage cost controlling of Central Staff areas

**Position Requirements**
- BS in Engineering or BA in Finance
- Master in Finance or MBA - desired
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in areas such as Finance, Commercial, Purchasing, Industrial Engineering, Program Management or similar.
- Excellent Spanish and English skills are a must
- Experience working with SAP, Tableau, BW & Jedox is desired
