The Early Career Operation Program is a chance to develop within the operations team in Mexico. Areas for development include Commercial Credit, Consumer Credit, Customer Service, Collections, Dealer Sales, Remarketing, Customer Experience Operations, Leasing Operations & LAO Servicing Center.

We’re looking for forward thinking professionals who have a passion for learning, are willing to take initiative, adapt in a fast-paced international work environment and are committed to integrity, diversity, excellence and teamwork.
- The program is targeted for 16 months, with 2 assignments (duration of 8 months each).
- Rotations will be in various departments across operations and include: Commercial Credit, Consumer Credit, Customer Service, Collections, Dealer Sales, Remarketing, Customer Experience Operations, Leasing Operations and LAO Servicing Center (Servicing Center for Latin America Customers).
- Each participant will gain hands on experience within an operational role, supported by a mentor and assigned training curricula for their development.
- Preferably **3 year’s maximum**of work experience including internships.
- Availability to work **full time starting December 2025.**
- English & Spanish proficiency.
- High Learning Agility Skills.
- Interest to develop a career within the automotive financing industry.
