**Resource Analyst - Visteon, Querétaro Technical Center**

**Role Objective**:
To manage resources and support test operations by ensuring departmental expenses align with budget and test revenue targets. The Resource Analyst plays a key role in procurement, inventory compliance, and efficient allocation of testing equipment to support high-quality product validation.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and control departmental expenses.
- Request and manage quotations for outsourced services and equipment/components.
- Support inventory tracking and ensure compliance with audit standards.
- Assist in acquiring equipment for TDE, Hardware Validation, and Laboratory areas.

**Key Performance Indicators**:

- Budget adherence
- Quotation turnaround time
- Inventory accuracy
- Supplier responsiveness

**First-Year Deliverables**:

- Implement tools to track and report test operations expenses vs. revenue.
- Standardize the quotation request and management process.
- Ensure full compliance with inventory tracking standards.

**Requirements**:

- Technical high school degree or incomplete engineering studies.
- Advanced Excel and MS Project skills.
- Experience in purchasing and quoting.
- Conversational English.
