**LABORATORY SPECIALIST**

Location Guadalajara, Mexico

**YOUR TASKS**
- Execute the validation testing on the automotive and industrial products as per the test plan
- Prepare the test Plan, work instruction and test report
- Communicate to the internal and external cross function team to effectively execution of the test
- Communicate to the external laboratories for quotation, planning & execution
- Should be ready for test execution in external laboratories at outstation like Delhi, Bangalore, Coimbatore etc
- Prepare the validation documents as per the company quality management system for validation lab
- Execute the validation test in the external labs
- Support for Vibration & IP test fixture design & development
- Communication to CFT member for failures & Support for failure analysis
- Execute the EMI/EMC certification testing individually

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- Should have good communication & technical writing skills (English)
- Electronics, Machatronics engineering degree
- A good team player
- Leadership
