Ncc2 Warranty Intern

Your tasks

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical NCC2 Warranty Intern to join our team in La Tijera, Mexico. This internship opportunity offers hands-on experience in warranty analysis and quality control processes within our organization.
- Assist in analyzing warranty claims data to identify trends and patterns
- Support the warranty team in processing and reviewing warranty claims
- Help maintain accurate warranty records and documentation
- Participate in quality control meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret warranty-related information
- Prepare reports and presentations on warranty performance metrics
- Assist in developing and implementing warranty policies and procedures
- Support the team in customer communication regarding warranty issues

**Profile**:

- Active student: Industrial Engineering (similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic understanding of warranty processes and quality control concepts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
- Fluency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus
