WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

If you are passionate about engineering and want to take the next step in your career by being part of a high-performance team in project management, this position is for you You will responsible of the following:

- Strategically coordinating project statuses and processes end to end, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Overseeing project chronograms, balancing scope and cost to meet strategic objectives.
- Ensuring comprehensive engineering documentation, including QA/QC across all engineering services (Design Solution/Value Engineering/Technical Reports/Memory Calculation).
- Preparing and presenting periodic reports globally, engaging with different leadership grades.
- Driving adherence to team and project KPIs and OKRs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Leading individual and team meetings, fostering development, task management, and goal achievement.
- Ensuring smooth project execution and team harmony.
- Hiring and onboarding new team members quickly, adapting to the growing needs of the organization.
- Facilitating seamless collaboration between technical and commercial teams, driving efficiency and stakeholder engagement internally and externally.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:

- Mechanical (preferred), Civil, or Industrial Engineering degree. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Extensive experience in structural engineering and engineering management.
- Proven experience in leading teams of engineers or multidisciplinary teams, including leaders.
- Experience with regional/global interactions and managing multinational complexities.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English is a must; proficiency in another language (e.g., French or German) is a plus.
- Full proficiency in MS software (Excel, Power BI, MSProject, Word, PowerPoint).
- Advanced knowledge of project management and organizational development.
- Political acumen, empathy and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, logical reasoning, and storytelling ability.
- Ability to establish trust and cooperation. Empathy and motivation as a state of mind.
