Estamos buscando un **Especialista SRE** para unirse a nuestro equipo y asegurar que nuestras plataformas financieras, estén siempre disponibles y funcionando de manera óptima.

**¿Qué harás en este rol?**:

- Garantizar la alta disponibilidad, seguridad y rendimiento de los sistemas en producción.
- Diseñar e implementar soluciones de monitoreo para detectar y resolver problemas antes de que afecten a los usuarios.
- Automatizar procesos críticos utilizando herramientas como **Jenkins, Python, y Terraform**.
- Administrar infraestructura en la nube (**AWS**) y optimizar recursos para garantizar la escalabilidad.
- Implementar prácticas de seguridad para proteger datos financieros y cumplir con regulaciones como PCI DSS.
- Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo y operaciones para asegurar despliegues sin interrupciones (CI/CD).

**Lo que buscamos en ti**:

- Experiência de al menos 3 años en roles similares.
- Conocimientos sólidos en **AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins** y herramientas de monitoreo como **Prometheus o Splunk**.
- Habilidad para programar y automatizar tareas con **Python**.
- Experiência en gestión de bases de datos (SQL).
- Certificaciones en herramientas o metodologías relevantes (deseable: TOGAF, ITIL, DevOps).
- Nível de inglés avanzado (TOEFL 101 o equivalente).
- Excelente capacidad analítica, atención al detalle y proactividad en resolución de problemas.
