**Your purpose**

You’ll lead training, development, and talent planning projects, helping strengthen our culture, support professional growth, and build career paths aligned with our organizational expansion.

**Key responsibilities**
- Coordinate training and development programs aligned to business needs.
- Design, update, and maintain job descriptions.
- Participate in career and succession planning projects.
- Support OD initiatives (work climate, competencies, culture, leadership).
- Prepare reports and development KPIs.
- Partner with leaders and teams to identify growth opportunities.

Experiência y requisitos

**What we’re looking for**
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business, HR, or related field.
- ** 3 to 5 years** of experience in OD, training, or talent management (ideally in mid-size or large companies).
- ** Conversational English**.
- Strong knowledge in training, job descriptions, career planning, and OD methodologies.
- Strong communication, organization, and project follow-up skills.
- Proactive mindset, people-oriented, eager to grow with the company.
