**Job Description Summary**: Collaborate and provide support to the Spin off activities as part of the Separation Management Office in Mexico. This is a key function to ensure a process and documentation of key activities within our day to day operation in a Special Project.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand & identify business needs & processes to lead their mapping & documentation.
- Work with multi-functional teams, Quality, Finance, HR, Engineering, SMO, to help develop and identify current and future workforce planning needs.
- Working on activities that contribute to improve our current processes and systems to avoid defect appearances and reoccurrences.
- Become familiar with data & processes architecture while identify/anticipating data & processes needs.
- Supports the gathering of data and
- Other activities, duties, and responsibilities assigned by the Executive Manager.
- Process documentation in accordance the possible changes together with process and systems experts.
- Develop a good working relationship with the GE Vernova community through timely and accurate administration of processes, and early identification of requirements and any service issues.
- Demonstrated leadership, self-confidence, initiative, self-driving, interpersonal skills, analytical ability and ability to adapt to change and being persistent to full fill their tasks and goals.

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Currently Studying, Preferable Master´s Degree, but not required, Bachelor´s Degree (Final year) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering.
- Preferable enrollment in a Master´s degree (Quality, Project Management, similar or accordingly)
- Strong communications skills, Independent, Result Oriented, continuously want to learn and growth, High energy and Passion.
- Availability for min. 40 hours per week
- Sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Strong technical aptitude, including applicable engineering tools and systems.
- Willing to work on an ambient driven by priorities, urgencies and business critical issues, situational adaptability.
- Hight self-confidence and Self-awareness
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
- Working experience in using Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage sensitive data
- Supportive and enthusiastic team player.
- English level advanced (Must be able to maintain a normal day-to-day conversation on any topic including technical discussions
- Legal right to work in Mexico. We will not sponsor any type of working Visa. We will not provide relocation assistance.
