We are looking for outstanding Junior Scrum Masters to join BairesDev's Research & Development (R&D) team.

What You Will Do:
- Support the team in the preparation of the ART and Solution Train using various tools such as program and solution kanbans and other information radiators.
Instill in the team a lean-agile mindset and practices.
- Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks.
- Encourage collaboration between teams and system and solution architects and engineers.
- Work with product and solution management, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of strategy and execution.
- Improve the flow of value through value streams using the continuous delivery pipeline and DevOps.

- Facilitate system and solution demonstrations.
Here’s what we are looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Use of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Certifications (optional).
- Advanced level of English.
