You work to mitigate security risks and protect our people, products, and premises at a country level and/or across multiple locations.

**How you will contribute**

You will be responsible for developing, implementing and leading the strategic and tactical components of the operational security program in your assigned region and ensuring that security activities comply with company policies and legal and regulatory requirements. This role will include managing, planning, developing and implementing security plans, programs and processes on physical security, executive protection and security audits. You will be responsible for coordinating activities needed to hire and pay for security and legal services, including the preparation and control of security and legal purchase orders. In addition, you will report and monitor reports of theft and abuse of trust at the national level; supervise appointments and documents to control legal complaints; and analyze security risks and vulnerabilities in your area.

El propósito de la posición es atención de las necesidades administrativas de las áreas de seguridad, elaboración de órdenes de compra, control de archivo digital de facturas, actualización de contratos con proveedores, archivo de control y soporte de despachos legales y Notarias de Legal.

**Responsabilidades**

1. Elaborar órdenes de compra para las áreas de Legal y Seguridad.

2. Elaboración del presupuesto anual del departamento de Seguridad Patrimonial.

3.Control de gasto vs presupuesto de las áreas de Legal y Seguridad.

4.Seguimientos a órdenes de compra, tramite de facturas y pagos a proveedores.

5.Tramites y comprobaciones de gastos de viajes para los integrantes de la Gerencia de Seguridad.

6. Elaboración de provisiones mensuales de gastos con las diferentes áreas que lleven servicios de Seguridad.

7. Control de archivos para presupuestos anuales y responsable de coordinar con cada área que lleve servicios de Seguridad el reporte de presupuesto que le corresponda.

8. Manejo de SAP para revisión de cargas y status de facturación y seguimiento de pagos.

9. captura y control de denuncias recibidas por los despachos y mantenimiento de actualización de archivos en team site.

10. Revisión mensual de gastos real vs contrato anual presupuestado por las áreas de Seguridad y Legal.

11. Elaboración de contratos del área de Seguridad.

12. Coordinar con el área de Seguridad Ventas los eventos de robo para generar claves en sistema B-cash para liberar rea-basto de producto para el área de ventas.

13. Llevar el control de los documentos de los proveedores de servicios de Seguridad que tienen que ser ingresados en sistema para corroborar el cumplimiento de la cargas social y fiscal (REPSE) de los proveedores.

14. Responsable de llevar las estadísticas de gasto vs presupuesto de las áreas de Legal y Seguridad, ingresos al team site de Seguridad de: gastos mensuales, bases de datos de claves de robo y fraude.

15. Llevar el control y seguimiento de gastos de choferes y técnico de monitoreo, previa aprobación del Coordinador de Seguridad responsable.

16. Atender pagos de notarias y requerimientos legales que solicite el área de legal (multas, licencias, pagos requeridos por la autoridad.).
