**About Avery Dennison**

**Job Description**:

- Assume any responsibility and task assigned by your immediate supervisor and complete it satisfactorily
- Actively participate in the improvement of the Quality/Safety and Environment Management System, based on procedures and instructions, as well as share, understand and comply with the Quality/Safety
- Ensure the supply of raw materials to meet customer demand
- Experience in handling MRP
- Execute MRP signals, (Place new orders, Reschedule existing orders, Expedite existing orders, and Cancel Purchase Orders
- Experience with Finished Product Forecast Management and analysis, Including historical data (FG Level and Raw Material)
- Responsible for the Raw Material Inventory level
- Responsible for providing implementation dates by the materials department for assignments from machine time to special engineering runs
- Experience in handling E&O
- Ensure compliance with metrics established by the local and/or corporate operation related to the planning process
- Supervise and Train Material Planners
- Responsible for Providing implementation dates for New Products (Phase in & Phase Out)

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or Engineering or 7 years of experience in materials planning
- Knowledge of planning processes
- Experience in MRP
- Experience in managing Inventory optimization, eliminating excesses and shortages of materials
- Understanding of the supply chain in an ERP environment and how it affects customer service
- Knowledge of ERP systems, Oracle Preferably
- Advanced knowledge of using Excel and Google Apps
- Bilingual Spanish / English
