**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in strategy, operations, program management, product management, or consulting.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience with the Cloud portfolio or generative artificial intelligence products collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Sales Operations.
- Experience in a SaaS/IaaS/PaaS company, focused on growth.
- Ability to query datasets using SQL and produce insights to drive decisions, with experience with data analysis, business case development, and financial modeling.
- Ability to influence executive cross-functional stakeholders and achieve key goals and metrics in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

**About the job**:
In this role, you will play a critical role in defining and driving operational initiatives across Cloud in partnership with Marketing, Product, Finance, Sales Operations, and the regional business teams. You will work on a range of projects for the business and will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to deliver results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee business performance of the Google Cloud portfolio; collaborate with business and cross-functional partners to achieve business goals.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency within the business-assisted workflow.
- Develop and manage comprehensive business plans to substantiate innovative market strategies for Google Cloud and the specialist portfolio.
- Provide on-demand enablement support for new Google Cloud and Specialist product launches.
- Gain a thorough understanding of Google Cloud, representing customer and seller needs in internal strategy and planning sessions, as well as discussions with partners.
