**YOUR TASKS**

Product Cost Optimization Department

Our mission is to support the organization during the development phase on finding cost improvement ideas by coordinating workshop and by performing technology-market research; in which we collaborate hand to hand with our D&D department, Project Management and Production
- Coordinate Design to Cost Workshops for different Products in order to find cost saving potentials.
- Challenge and support the organization towards improving profitability.
- Steering Benchmark Workshops involving all Project Core Team, analyzing our competitor’s products.
- Ensure the handover of the project from the development phase to series production, using internal analysis, checks and processes.
- Support Purchasing department during the sourcing phase with technical and cost analysis.

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer or Cost Engineer.
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Technical and field knowledge in at least one area (design and development, manufacturing processes, injection parts, PCBs/PCBAs or molding tools)
- Good English level.
- Driven by challenges and coordinating interdisciplinary teams.
- Proactive, creative, service attitude and self-motivated to keep learning and growing up internally.
- High Knowledge in Microsoft Office package.
