Role Responsibilities:

- **Develop & Execute Winning Business Strategies**
- Formulate data-driven strategies to outperform ride-hailing competitors, balancing short-term wins with long-term market dominance
- Identify high-impact business levers (e.g., incentives, product roadmap, marketing) and lead their execution
- **Deep Dive into Market & Competitive Insights**
- Conduct in-the-field research (city visits, stakeholder interviews) to uncover market trends and opportunities
- Translate insights into actionable business strategies
- **Cross-Functional Leadership**
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, PR, government affairs, legal, and data science teams to execute business strategies
- Bridge regional strategy with local market execution
- **Team Building & Development**
- Build and mentor a high-performing team focused on business growth
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability

Role Qualifications:

- 5-8 years in** strategy, operations or consulting**, preferably in tech or mobility sectors
- Hands on experience in implementing business initiatives and driving results
- Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from complex data
- Excellent stakeholder management across all levels of an organization
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written/spoken)
