**Responsibilities**:
Building, analyzing and troubleshooting custom reporting and maintaining a book of assigned cyclical tasks and customer deliverables.
Gathering and interpreting business requirements.
Query tuning preferably within Oracle databases, and related SQL databases.
Manage and deliver within SLA a book of cyclical and ad-hoc customer deliverables.
Troubleshooting and optimizing existing process flows.
Creation and testing of new and existing cyclical workflows.
Experience with API concepts and technologies. What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's of Computer Science, Management Information systems or experience in a related field
3+ years of experience in software development or data analysis roles.
Strong proficiency in Python.
Demonstrated ability to aggressively problem solve in the absence of complete information.
Must be able to effectively communicate and understand business needs to both technical and non-technical personnel.
**Hands-on background with**: Python, SQL, Relational Databases (Oracle), Git, Linux, Docker/Containers, Terraform, AWS, Gen AI
