**Responsibilities**
- **Lead the design and implementation of PPM solutions to support organizational goals.**:

- **Oversee the development and maintenance of project management frameworks and methodologies.**:

- **Provide technical expertise in PPM tools and software to optimize project delivery.**:

- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives and outcomes.**:

- **Develop and enforce best practices for project planning execution and monitoring.**:

- **Ensure the integration of PPM solutions with existing systems and processes.**:

- **Conduct regular assessments of project performance and recommend improvements.**:

- **Facilitate training and support for team members on PPM tools and methodologies.**:

- **Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management capabilities.**:

- **Support the development of strategic roadmaps for PPM initiatives.**:

- **Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.**:

- **Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and reporting.**:

- **Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the project management team.**

**Qualifications**
- **Possess strong technical skills in Portfolio and Project Management (PPM).**:

- **Demonstrate experience in Research and Development domain is a plus.**:

- **Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities.**:

- **Showcase proficiency in PPM tools and software.**:

- **Have a proven track record of successful project delivery.**:

- **Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills.**:

- **Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.**

**Certifications Required**

**Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification**
