We're seeking a passionate software engineer who will architect innovative platforms that revolutionize how customers discover and purchase Amazon devices across multiple channels.

Key job responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Implement robust, efficient code with a focus on performance and reliability
- Conduct comprehensive code and design reviews to maintain high-quality standards
- Contribute to architectural decisions that shape future platform capabilities

Your day will be dynamic and impactful, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design transformative digital experiences. You'll leverage modern JavaScript frameworks, machine learning, and microservices architecture to create seamless shopping journeys that delight customers.

About the team
We are a collaborative and innovative group dedicated to reimagining device shopping experiences. Our team sits at the intersection of technology and customer delight, working to make device discovery intuitive, engaging, and personalized for millions of customers worldwide.

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- 2+ years of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language, or experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
- Experience with object-oriented design

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
