**Propósito del puesto**

Dar soporte a cada equipo automático, mantener la base de datos y respaldo de cada PLC Programa de robot y transportador y desarrollar proyectos de mejora.

**Principales Roles**
- Generación de pantallas HMI.
- Lógica PLC organizada, estructurada, documentada, mantenible, creación de una base de datos.
- Establecer planes de prueba y controlar la ejecución del plan de pruebas.
- Desarrolle documentación de mantenimiento, programas de capacitación y lidere esta capacitación.
- Apoyar a los equipos de mantenimiento y mantenimiento en la solución de problemas de fallas difíciles de equipos.
- Mantener y mejorar los estándares de programación para PLC y robots.
- Depurar y optimizar procesos automatizados para maximizar el tiempo de ciclo y el tiempo de actividad
- Depurar e implementar acciones correctivas para averías y fallas crónicas del equipo.
- Estimación de los costos de materiales, mano de obra o construcción para la preparación del presupuesto.

**Requerimientos**
- Ingles (Intermedio/avanzado)
- Mecatrónica Ingeniería electrónica
- Conocimiento de las capacidades de fabricación para Automatic Robotic and electronics Desig.
- 3-años de experiência como Ingeniero de Automatización y Control o Ingeniero de Robótica trabajando en sistemas de automatización y/o electromecánicos
- Experiência en el uso de simuladores
- Experiência en programación de brazos robóticos (ABB, FANUC)
- Experiência en entornos automotrices
- AutoCAD
- LabView or MatLab
- Any simulation SW
- Conocimientos en programación de PLC, creación manual de solución de problemas y configuración. Se requieren plataformas Allen-Bradley, mitsubishi.

**Salary**: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per year
