About the role:
The** Marketing & Communications Supervisor** will support the business in the communication and marketing strategy for business development. The role is key to effectively communicate the message that the company wants to give to GMM, the Dealers network, Collaborators and Customers.

What you need:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, administration or related fields.
- Master's degree is a plus.
- Marketing background experience.
- Strng oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Able to transform commercial communication needs into materials (presentations, video, etc)
- Strategic, analytical and creative thinking
- Management and development of work teams.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and deadline-oriented environment.
- Highly organized.
- Highly responsible and proactive attitude.
- Customer Centric approach towards both internal and external stakeholders.

What you will be doing:

- Lead, define and develop content for the effective communication of messages for executive presentations by general management, sales management, corporate events and events with dealers.
- Develop communication campaigns to the Collaborator and Dealer with different areas and Stakeholders from GMF.
- Lead the development of audiovisual content for the promotion of GMF products.
- Vendors management and contracts: design agency, audio, video and promotional vendors.
- Management and monitoring the compliance of the Sales and Marketing budget.
