Importante empresa en su giro solicita**:Traffic Manager (Inbound / Outbound) **para su planta ubicada en Rosarito

**Responsabilidades**:
Gestionar la operación de entradas y salidas. Supervisar a un equipo de 6 personas para verificar y planificar la coordinación y el transporte de mercancías a través de varios modos (IMC, FTL, LTL, OTR, Ocean). Apoyar el establecimiento/mejora de los SOP y los esfuerzos de ahorro de costes. Crear informes y proporcionar soluciones a cualquier tarea relacionada con las operaciones logísticas.

**Actividades**:
Planificación de todas las entregas de entrada y salida para la planta.
Gestionar a todo el personal de Inbound y Outbound.
Preparar los informes diarios, semanales y mensuales para la dirección, con el fin de garantizar una gestión adecuada.
Supervisar el rendimiento de los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) semanal y mensualmente (periódicamente).
Mantener y mejorar los procedimientos normalizados de trabajo (SOP) para las entradas y salidas / cruces de frontera.
Minimizar la detención del transporte para reducir los costes totales de detención, a través de la supervisión de los movimientos de los transportistas.
Apoyar la conciliación de datos con sistemas propios como TMS y YMS.
Gestionar a los transportistas para maximizar el uso de la capacidad diaria, minimizar los daños en tránsito y maximizar el uso del transportista de menor costo.
Analizar e identificar oportunidades para ahorrar costos de transporte en el proceso de la cadena de suministro.

**Requisitos**:
Experiência mínima de 4 años en el área
Licenciatura o Ingeniería concluída
Inglés avanzado
Manejo de equipo de cómputo (MS Office ,Outlook, Sistemas de Gestion de BD)

**Salario y beneficios**:
Horario: Lunes a Viernes 07:00 a 17:00 horas
Atractivo rango salarial: $9,500.00 a $10,500.00 netos semanales (abierto a negociación)
