Your Role
As a Partner Development Analyst at Capgemini, you will support Global Systems Integrator Partner (GSIP) sales and partner management teams by driving operational excellence, ensuring pipeline accuracy, and enabling effective collaboration with strategic partners. You will play a key role in partner governance, reporting, deal support, and go-to-market execution, helping teams operate efficiently and at scale.
Responsibilities & Scope
- Support partner governance and interlock sessions by preparing materials, insights, and market intelligence
- Maintain partner relationships by identifying key stakeholders and managing partner organizational structures
- Contribute to partner knowledge management by documenting capabilities, offerings, and insights
- Assist in joint go-to-market initiatives, account planning, and execution of partner business reviews
- Support demand generation, deal tracking, and pursuit coordination across stakeholders
- Ensure pipeline accuracy and maintain opportunities in CRM and reporting systems
- Contribute to SOW development and coordinate with legal, operations, and partner teams
- Prepare weekly reports, KPI tracking, and account performance updates
- Leverage tools, including GenAI solutions, to improve efficiency and automation
- Support marketing activities, events, and post-event pipeline follow-ups
