Develop and deploy the Talent Acquisition strategy roadmap for the LEGO Group’s factory site including the recruitment plan and deployment for the temporary hiring, salaried as well as hourly production roles.
- Act as ss the LEGO Group Key Account Manager for our external temporary agencies, ensuring hiring plans are conveyed, performance is supervised, measured and business changes are addressed appropriately.
- Be the face for all things recruitment at the LOM site. Regular communication with senior leadership team, providing executive summaries, data and market insights. Be able to influence and drive an agenda with the senior leadership team. Be brave when pushing back and use data to make sound arguments.
- Be a creative problem solver with a growth mindset to operational and recruitment challenges, with a focus on high impact outcomes for people and the business by understanding the internal and external talent landscape. Anticipate talent trends and set strategy with action plan to mitigate risk and action accordingly.
- Build knowledge on local geographical area by identifying trends, opportunities, challenges as it relates to hiring talent. Use market mapping data as it relates to competitor and local companies, talent landscape, trends in the job market to allow us to successfullly build our recruitment strategy and deployment efforts.
- Launch and assess the progress of our KPI’s for Recruiting and Experience performance, including but not limited to Time to Hire, activation and close data.

**Are you up for the challenge?**
- +7 years’ experience in the strategic development and delivery of recruitment programs in a complex manufacturing environment. Experience with full life-cycle recruitment in a production environment; including sourcing and on-boarding.
