**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner.
- Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts to validate software performance.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.
- Participate in requirement analysis to understand project scope and objectives.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements to enhance testing efficiency.
- Maintain documentation of test procedures and results for future reference and audits.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Utilize domain knowledge in Finance & Accounting Governance Risk & Compliance or Property & Casualty Insurance to enhance testing accuracy.
- Stay updated with the latest testing tools and technologies to improve testing methodologies.
- Support the team in achieving project milestones and deliverables within set timelines.
- Contribute to the companys mission by ensuring high-quality software that meets client needs.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong technical skills in CITS.Net Java and Visual Basic.
- Demonstrate experience in software testing methodologies and tools.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Have domain knowledge in Finance & Accounting Governance Risk & Compliance or Property & Casualty Insurance.
- Show proficiency in English for effective communication.
- Display attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.

**Certifications Required**
- ISTQB Certified Tester Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate desirable
