**Equipment Engineer 1**
- **Objetivo del Puesto**
- Es responsable de mejorar el desempeño y el estado del equipo en cada plataforma y asegura el cumplimiento de las metas de mantenimiento. Es responsable del mantenimiento predictivo, preventivo y correctivo de los equipos electrónicos. Ejecuta los Setups que requiere producción en tiempo y forma. Asesora el trabajo de los técnicos de mantenimiento.- **Funciones y Responsabilidades**
- Diariamente revisa el status de funcionalidad de los equipos de manera física y/o electrónica.
- Realiza mantenimiento Predictivo y correctivo de los equipos de producción.
- Ejecuta el programa de mantenimiento preventivo según calendarización correspondiente al equipo.
- Ejecuta los cambios de Setups que requiere producción.
- Da seguimiento a los mantenimientos correctivos pendientes que notifique el turno anterior.
- Crear recetas para productos nuevos.
- Elabora reporte diario de actividades del área de mantenimiento.
- Planea y ejecuta proyectos de mejora continua de equipo y proceso, en base a las métricas de las áreas.
- Asistir a reuniones de trabajo.
- Elabora manuales de procedimientos, ayudas visuales y demás documentos que ayuden a describir y mejorar los procesos.
- Asistir a entrenamientos externos e internos del proveedor.
- Acoplamientos de elementos electrónicos y mecánicos.
- **Perfil Mínimo Requerido**
- Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Ingeniería Electrónica, Cibernética Electrónica, Computación, Mecatrónica, Electromecánica o Mecánica.
- Deseable: Diseño mecánico y 6-Sigma Green Belt.
- Idiomas: inglés, 60%
- Disponibilidad para viajar: frecuentemente
- Experiência: Mínimo 1 año de experiência en mantenimiento de equipo automatizado y manejo de equipo de medición AC/DC/RF/Mixed Signal/ Digital Signal, Interpretación de planos eléctricos, electrónicos y mecánicos, experiência en trabajo de grupos multifuncionales.

- Equipo asignado (Trouble shooting/ Set ups)
- Mantenimiento predictivo, preventivo y correctivo.
- Seguridad Industrial
- Manejo de equipo de cómputo y sistemas
- Uso de instrumentos de medición de DC, AC, RF y Mixed-signal.
- Conocimientos de Automatización.
- Conocimientos de elementos neumáticos, hidráulicos y electromecánicos.
