**Primary Job Accountabilities**
- Identify, design, and develop effective training programs according to business priorities and needs
- Analyze employee’s data from different sources and areas (HR Generalist, Talent, Operations).
- Define Communication Strategy and Plan
- Comply with labor training regulations according to STPS

**Essential Functions and Tasks**
- Align training efforts with Transplace corporate and shared with internal customers
- Guarantee that all employees are aware of their training responsibilities
- Develop Training Matrix (Position - Person / Puesto-Persona) by job position
- Partner with vendors and universities to develop programs
- Prepare Annual Training Budget and execute property through the year
- Define KPI´s of the Training and Communication area and communicate to HR and business leaders
- Support corporate communications to guarantee alignment
- Design, Deploy and Measure the effectiveness of communication tools.
- Responsible to manage, promote and data analyze of all Transplace surveys
- Implement area processes.

**Knowledge and Expertise**
- 4 years of experience in Training roles and communication
- Corporate Processes and communication tools
- Change Management Projects/Process
- HR Processes: Performance Management, Job Description, Engagement
