A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
**Invoice Workflow Management**: Follow up on invoice workflow, posting invoices, credit notes, and other documents into the SAP system for LATAM. Metrics Reporting: Elaborate metrics reports, accounting or administrative activities fulfilling corporate policies, internal procedures, and statutory requirements. Financial Understanding and Journal Entries: Develop an understanding of the business elements connected to financial information and make the journal entries for TAT (Trade allowances). Foreign trade invoicing: Perform foreign trade invoices and carry out other activities related to your position as requested. Credit Note Registration: Register credit notes received and returns to suppliers.
We’re Looking for Someone With
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance/Business-Related
English proficiency, capable of maintaining business conversation
SAP, MS Office skills, especially Excel and Power Point knowledge. 1 year of desirable experience in Finance, Accounting or Fiscal positions.
