**Business Unit Manager**:
**Location**: Escobedo, Nuevo León, Mexico
At CORE Molding Technologies, we are looking for a Business Unit Manager responsible for leading production programs, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement through strong leadership and teamwork.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Ensure production goals are achieved on time and with the required quality
- Manage human and material resources effectively
- Lead daily production walks, review compliance, and implement catch-up plans
- Guarantee cost control and profitability of the business unit
- Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives and ensure KPI compliance (productivity, scrap, attainment, inventory, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments and support the implementation of company policies and goals
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 14001:2015 requirements
- Supervise, motivate, and develop the team while identifying training needs
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role
- Bilingual (English-Spanish)
- Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and cost analysis
