Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage imports, exports, and transfers into maquiladoras IMMEX with Mexican customs brokers. Generate within the inventory control system, invoices for imports, exports, COVES, DODAS, cargo manifests and all reports related with the operation.
- Maintain good communication with internal and external customers and suppliers, meet the requirements of the imports and exports. Maintain and manage of inventory control according to each project.
- Classify the goods according to the law of the law of general import duties.
- Take care in the fixed assets are depreciated to make changes from temporary to permanent regime.
- Take care of the temporality of the products, that they be exported in time

Administration & Compliance
- Ensure that all reports and notices are submitted to the different government agencies on foreign trade and customs.
- Keep control of imported fixed assets having them identified and reviewed against finance department and physically identified.
- Monthly review physical inventories of raw materials vs Annex 24 an Annex 30 with the SAT.
- Send monthly INEGI information to finance department of the import and exports. Submit annual report of the customs operations.
- Monitors that all kinds of reports relating to the operation are taking place. Manage all supplier payment accounts related to foreign trade.
- Be updated on the rules, laws and others related to foreign trade.

Processes
- Keep the Mexican process control plans up to date. Support in other projects in foreign trade and customs as CIVA, C-TPAT and OEA.
- Carry all controls and ensure that VAT and OEA certifications remain valid.
- Take metrics and indicators of operations in foreign trade.

Pay: $7,984.27 - $20,651.68 per month
